By participating in the Game, you understand and agree that there is no guarantee, expectation, or assumption of profit. The Game is a form of entertainment and should not be considered an investment opportunity. The value of Fish obtained through gameplay may fluctuate, and could be worth less than the tokens spent, or even worth nothing at all.

By clicking "Fish," I acknowledge that I am engaging in a gamified staking experience and understand that the value of any Fish received may be significantly less than the amount spent, and may have no value at all.

3. Non-Gambling Disclaimer
